For deliveries within Australia, the Customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the Customer lives, and is calculated from the time the Customer receives the “Order Dispatched” email and not from the time the Order was placed. The following are estimates only, and are based on information provided by Australia Post.
Express post – 2 to 4 business days
The Customer should allow for a further 2 days (in addition to the above) for delivery to regional areas. The delivery dates are estimates only.
You have the right to a refund or exchange if product is faulty, different to that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do. Note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor and that is not a valid ground for exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number on receipt of product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
